Outstanding methods to provide a comfortable and positive experience
Choosing the right provider for oral surgery in Plano can make all the difference in your comfort, safety, and results. At Rudy Aldaragi we combine advanced technology with a patient-first approach, so every visit feels positive and stress-free.
3D cone-beam imaging
Unlike traditional 2D X-rays, CBCT creates a three-dimensional view of the teeth, jaws, and surrounding structures.
When providing oral surgery services in Plano, we use it for planning dental implants, assessing bone structure, detecting impacted teeth, evaluating the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and guiding orthodontic treatments.
1
Computer-guided implant placement
Consists of a digital planning software and 3D imaging (usually CBCT scans) we use to determine the exact position, angle, and depth of dental implants before surgery.
At Rudy Aldaragi it helps us with single-tooth replacements, full-arch reconstructions, and complex cases where bone availability or proximity to vital structures makes freehand surgery more challenging.
2
Piezoelectric bone surgery
This new oral surgery technique allows us to use ultrasonic micro-vibrations to cut bone with extreme precision, without damaging surrounding soft tissues such as nerves, blood vessels, or gums.
We have implemented this grand innovation in implant placement, bone grafting, sinus lifts, extractions, and periodontal surgery, offering greater safety, comfort and easier recovery.
